Return and Exchange Policy

Within the UAE:

You can return or exchange items within four (4) days of receiving your order for free, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact.

Outside the UAE:

Returns are free within four (4) days of receiving your order, only if the product has a defect or issue.

Uae orders: expect delivery within 1-3 working days.

International Orders: delivery time range between 3-7 days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
